On Tuesday, 8 October 2019, in the presence of Daniel Barnier, Deputy Prefect for Equal Opportunities representing the Prefect for the Nord Region, Stéphane Raison, President of the Executive Board of Dunkerque-Port, Julien LEMESRE, Director of the Dunkerque-Port Piloting Department, Bruno Mahieu, Shipping Line Operations Manager for Boluda Towage and Alexandre Bossu, President of the Coasting Pilots Cooperative, proceeded to sign a PAQTE agreement.
After graduating as an engineer from the National School of Industrial Engineering and Mines of Douai in 1999, David Lefranc began his career with the Regional Directorate of Industry, Research and the Environment (DRIRE) of Lorraine as the head of a subdivision in charge of the East of the Moselle département, within the group of subdivisions for Forbach (1999 to 2002).
Julien Lernould, 40, Accounting Officer and CFO of Dunkerque-Port, was appointed a member of the Executive Committee during a meeting of the Supervisory Board on 19 September 2019.
On Thursday, September 19th, the secure access corridor for heavy goods vehicle at the Dunkerque-Port Cross-Channel Terminal was inaugurated in the presence of Emmanuelle Verger and Stéphane Raison, respectively Chair of the Supervisory Board and President of the Dunkerque-Port Executive Board, Gilbert Beltran, Regional Director of the French Customs Authorities, Jean-Claude Charlo, Managing Director of DFDS Seaways France and Nike Drinckal, Director of the United Kingdom Border Force.
